WHAT YOU?LL DO
? Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
? Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on processing and packaging equipment
? Identify abnormal equipment conditions and resolve issues to maintain proper operation
? Support machine setup, testing, adjustments, and mechanical rebuilds
? Perform emergency repairs as needed during daily operations
? Work safely around moving machinery, steam systems, compressed air, and cleaning chemicals
? Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings (preferred)
? Perform building and facility maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, painting, welding, and general repairs as needed
? Support wastewater and utility systems as applicable
? Communicate equipment concerns and improvement opportunities to leadership
? Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately
? Perform other duties as assigned
