Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards
Mentor and guide team members on best practices and new technologies
Perform Proof of Concepts PoC for technology evaluation
Write clean optimized and maintainable code
Manage a team of 68 developers while contributing hands-on
Ensure end-to-end ownership of deliverables
Present solutions, demos, and updates to stakeholders and customers
