Product Manager, Digital Sales Experience
As a Product Manager on Spectrum.com, you will drive the evolution of customer facing digital commerce experiences in a complex, high scale environment. In this role, you will leverage customer insights, business objectives, and market trends to identify, prioritize, and deliver improvements across the end to end digital purchase journey, directly impacting conversion, order completion, and revenue.
As the advocate for both the customer and the business, you will own and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for Spectrum.com, working closely with design, engineering, analytics, and cross functional partners to ship, measure, and continuously optimize customer buyflow experiences. This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful change in how customers discover, purchase, and complete orders across Spectrum’s digital channels.
Responsibilities
· Complete intake on new features, with explicit focus on customer facing purchase experiences, identifying the value they add to the product and their impact on conversion, completion, and revenue outcomes.
· Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs, prioritizing initiatives that improve the end to end digital purchase journey.
· Work with partners and stakeholders to define high-level user stories and designs for customer facing commerce experiences for handover to the delivery team once aligned to a sprint.
· Align with consumer insights to conduct market research to identify user needs and industry trends that inform product development, with emphasis on ecommerce, subscription, and digital sales behaviors.
· Understand current product performance by analyzing reports, customer feedback, and other insights across the digital sales funnel, to inform leadership on performance to plan.
· Prepare for and participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up, quarterly planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
· Ensure the Product Owner and delivery team are developing and implementing solutions that meet business and user needs, with accountability for customer experience quality and buyflow outcomes.
· Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and impediments faced by the delivery team, balancing customer experience, revenue impact, and delivery constraints.
· Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency, particularly around performance of customer facing purchase journeys.
· Customer purchase domain experience and ability to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable product roadmaps that improve customer decision making and purchase completion, while ensuring ethical standards and measurable business ROI.
· Must demonstrate a high technical aptitude for managing localization pipelines and predictive forecasting models as they relate to digital commerce and checkout optimization, driving measurable revenue growth and conversion through personalized, data driven customer experiences.
