Job Title: Oracle HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Travel: As needed to St. Louis, MO
Duration: 4+ Months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant to support an ongoing Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. The consultant will primarily support Talent Management, with working knowledge of Oracle Learning.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle HCM Talent Management functional activities.
• Assist with Oracle Learning-related tasks as needed.
• Work directly with business users and client stakeholders.
• Support System Testing and UAT.
• Help with defect resolution, issue tracking, and functional validation.
• Support cutover planning, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills

• Strong Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management experience.
• Experience with Performance, Goals, Talent Review, Succession, Career Development, or Profiles.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Learning.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Project Phase

Design and build are complete. The role will focus on testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization support.
