ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID( 40% remote, 60% in person as team reports into the Oakland General Office (OGO) on Tuesdays - Thursdays each week).

Program Manager, Senior

• Case manages data requests from start to finish; responsible for strategizing and developing responses to external questions
• Works with cross-functional teams to provide collaborative factual responses utilizing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Verifies facts, validates commitments, and compiles supporting evidence for statements made in response.
• Works independently on most issues.
• Completes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions plan and goals.
• Provides direction on overall program plan and goals.
• Responsible for most/all deliverables within the program implementation plan.
• Communicates findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
• May develop new and ad-hoc reports, summarize findings and recommendations, and provide business insight.

Education:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

• 6 years of related experience or equivalent

Desired

• Primarily remote office environment with extensive use of personal computers, telephone conversations, and conference calls.
• Preferred in person meetings for onboarding and coaching throughout assignment (once per week).
