Summary

Job Title: ESRM Ongoing Monitoring & Data Collection Analyst (Temp) Job ID: 26-00869 Location: Hartford Area Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Duration: 6 months on W2 contract (possible extension)

Summary:

Temporary role supporting Supplier Risk & S&SM Operations with ongoing monitoring, compliance tracking, and data management within ESRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct stakeholder outreach (LOB, Procurement, Suppliers) to validate/update data
Initiate and track risk assessments and questionnaires
Collect and manage compliance artifacts (SOC reports, supplier documents)
Maintain ESRM inventory tracker and SharePoint documentation
Monitor vendor performance ratings and escalate risks as needed

Required Skills:

Experience in supplier risk, compliance, or vendor management
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage high-volume deadlines
Strong communication skills

Preferred:

PMP or project management experience
Experience with Ariba, Archer, or ProcessUnity
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity
Ideal for a detail-driven analyst with compliance and vendor risk experience.
