Summary
Role: Junior Project Manager
Duration: Contract
Location: San Jose, CA (WFO - 3 days) - Locals are preferred
Job Description:
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience
- Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams,
- Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Track action items, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document decisions, capture action items, and drive follow-up activities.
- Support program governance, reporting, and portfolio management processes.
- Monitor project health and escalate risks, issues, or roadblocks as appropriate.
- Assist with change management, adoption activities, training coordination, and stakeholder communications.
