Summary
- As a technical writer, the engineer will be responsible to create Work Instruction Documents for Installation/Removal and Assembly/Disassembly, etc. activities for the unmanned aerial system, sub-system, incorporating step wise process instructions with illustrations/pictures for each activity/task.
- Experience in Assembly and Disassembly or Installation and Removal processes of aerospace components (Unmanned Aerial System).
- Experience in working at aerospace manufacturing shop floor (Able to work in factory environment).
- Well versed with manufacturing test setups procedures.
- Ability to interact with cross functional teams within the manufacturing unit, liaise with shop personnel, technicians, SME, other stakeholders and gather inputs.
- Ability to perform input/impact analysis for adequacy, perform self-review of the manual/documents.
- Experience in writing work instructions and training documents for aerospace components using MS office tools as per OEM requirements.
- Proficiency in MS word and usage of Styles and, prepare the style guide as per OEM requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, often in cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
