This is currently a remote position but may become hybrid. If that happens, days in the office will be negotiated at that time.
Seeking experienced instructional designers to develop training curricula and content for a PeopleSoft Financials ERP system. This role involves delivering training through a variety of mediums: onsite, remote, and asynchronously via e-learning. The ideal candidate will thrive in a large, collaborative remote team environment and demonstrate a strong aptitude for Agile, incremental, and iterative delivery methods.
Job Duties
- Design and implement a comprehensive training program tailored to a specific financial business area.
- Develop accessibility-compliant, role-based content from the ground up, actively participating in system design discussions and testing activities to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Produce clear, user-friendly guides and training materials that enhance learner understanding and retention.
- Facilitate effective instructor-led and web-based training sessions for both trainers and end users.
- Manage and update the training SharePoint site to ensure resources are current and easily accessible.

8 Required (at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
8 Required (at least 2) Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team
8 Required (at least 2) Experience in maintaining and updating SharePoint sites
2 Preferred Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
1 Preferred Experience with Jira
