Senior Technology Program Manager - NY

Job Description:

a Senior Technology Program Manager to support enterprise Technology Business Enablement (TBE) initiatives across Infrastructure, Information Security, and Digital Workplace domains.

This role will drive cross-functional transformation, enterprise reporting standardization, and technology investment planning integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise-level program governance and KPI scorecard development
Drive integration between Tech Ops and Technology Investment Planning
Partner with Infrastructure, InfoSec, and Digital Workplace leaders
Support executive communications, business reviews, and strategic presentations
Lead change management and process transformation initiatives
Perform business data analysis to support leadership insights
Drive risk mitigation and consensus across technical and non-technical teams

Required Experience:

7+ years enterprise program management experience
Experience in Technology Business Enablement (TBE) or Data Governance
Strong stakeholder management across Infrastructure and Security teams
Experience building executive presentations and leadership reporting
Proven success in high-visibility transformation programs
