Summary

Looking for a strong BI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of analytics dashboards and data-driven applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable insights while leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate development.

🔹 What you’ll be doing:
• Building and scaling interactive dashboards using Tableau
• Developing embedded analytics and front-end data input tools
• Writing and optimizing SQL across modern data platforms
• Applying best practices in data visualization and UX
• Managing security, performance, and governance within Tableau environments
• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver impactful analytics solutions

🔹 What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of Tableau development experience
• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) in workflows
• Front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with Git/GitHub
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

💰 Compensation: $100K–$120K base + full benefits + 401(k) match + clear career progression
