Role SummaryWe are looking for a Salesforce QA Automation Architect with strong expertise in automation testing, Coupado-based CI/CD, and Salesforce platform architecture. The role will be responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end QA automation strategy, ensuring high-quality releases through Continuous Regression Testing (CRT) and robust test frameworks across Salesforce environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the Salesforce QA automation architecture, including framework selection, standards, and governance.Design and implement Continuous Regression Testing (CRT) strategies to support frequent Salesforce releases.Architect and govern Coupado-based deployment pipelines with integrated automated testing and quality gates.Lead automation testing across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing if applicable).Ensure end-to-end test coverage including functional, regression, integration, and UAT support.Integrate automation frameworks (Provar, Selenium, Tricentis, or equivalent) with Coupado CI/CD pipelines.Establish best practices for test data management, environment strategy, and data masking.Collaborate with developers, release managers, and business stakeholders to ensure release readiness and quality sign-off.Review and optimize test execution performance and reporting dashboards.Act as the QA authority for Salesforce releases, providing architectural guidance and risk assessment.
