Job Overview: As a Front-End Developer III, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies. You will focus on implementing user interfaces, optimizing application performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers, you will translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, accessible, and interactive web applications. Your expertise in React JS, Next JS, Tailwind CSS, and other front-end tools will contribute to delivering fast, reliable, and engaging digital experiences.
Responsibilities: - Develop responsive, interactive web applications using React JS, Next JS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including bundle optimization and lazy loading.
- Ensure consistent functionality and appearance across different browsers and devices.
- Build reusable, modular UI components and contribute to component libraries.
- Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability.
- Implement accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) to ensure usability for all users.
- Manage code using Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Identify and resolve front-end issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development with strong JavaScript fundamentals.
- Proficiency in React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with Next JS and server-side rendering concepts.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS preferred).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and browser developer tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience: - TypeScript for type-safe JavaScript development.
- Testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Modern CSS-in-JS solutions or CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less).
- Headless CMS integration and JAMstack architecture.
- SEO principles and implementation techniques.
- Web accessibility standards and assistive technologies.
- Mobile-first development and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
- Familiarity with backend technologies and full-stack development concepts.

Pay Range: $60 - $65
