Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot to drive customer-centric solutions and lead Salesforce initiatives. This role requires a techno-functional leader who can translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while serving as both an architect and trusted advisor to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales process knowledge, account management experience, and technical leadership, enabling them to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot solutions.

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and convert them into detailed functional and technical requirements.

• Act as the primary interface between customers, business teams, and technical stakeholders.

• Provide architectural guidance and ensure best practices across Salesforce implementations.

• Support ongoing enhancements, integrations, and system improvements.

• Drive sales process transformation including lead management, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting.

• Collaborate with account management teams to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.

• Oversee data quality, governance, and platform scalability.

• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce leadership roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

• Proven expertise in Pardot (Marketing Automation).

• Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into solution architecture.

• Experience interfacing directly with clients and senior business leaders.

• Solid understanding of sales operations, CRM strategy, and customer lifecycle management.

• Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Pardot Consultant, or Application Architect.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms.

• Background in enterprise or high-growth environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
