Role: Technical Lead

Job Summary
We are looking for a strong Technical Lead with hands-on development and technical delivery experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading technical design, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, mentoring development teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design, development, and implementation of application features and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and offshore teams.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and development tasks.
Mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Identify and resolve technical risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and engineering best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
Coordinate deliverables across distributed teams.
Support testing, deployment, production implementation, and post-production issue resolution.
Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in application development, solution design, and technical delivery.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and release management.
Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Experience in code reviews, documentation, estimation, and impact analysis.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to mentor teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of IT experience with 4 5+ years in a Technical Lead or Senior Developer role.
Experience working in enterprise delivery environments with distributed teams.
Strong stakeholder management, technical planning, estimation, and issue resolution experience.
