Primavera Unifier Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions for capital project and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in Unifier modules, excellent client-facing skills, and hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale project controls solutions. This will be an onsite role in Houston TX. Consultants from other cities need to travel to the client place weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessment on current implementation and configuration and provide recommendation on how to improve for better performanc and efficiency
• Lead Oracle Primavera Unifier implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Integrate Unifier with:
• Primavera P6
• Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion
• ERP, finance, and third-party systems
• Support data migration, validation, and system testing (SIT/UAT)
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, project managers, and executives
• Collaborate with technical teams on API, integration, and automation requirements
• Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cost Management
• Contract Management
• Change Management
• Workflow design and configuration
• Hands-on experience with:
• uDesigner
• Business Processes (BPs)
• Shell templates and permissions
• Experience integrating Unifier with Primavera P6 and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of capital project lifecycle and project controls
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Primavera Unifier certification
• Experience with:
• Oracle Primavera Analytics
• BI Publisher / custom reporting
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Background in construction, engineering, utilities, energy, or infrastructure
• Prior consulting or system integration experience
• Experience working on large, multi-project portfolios
