Key Responsibilities

Requirements Elicitation: Lead sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify and document core needs.
Process Modeling: Analyze and document complex business processes, workflows, and system interactions using industry-standard modeling techniques.
Documentation: Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Solution Validation: Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business needs; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate functionality.
Backlog Management: Utilize Azure DevOps to maintain requirement traceability and manage project backlogs.
Risk Management: Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and propose effective mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Process Expertise: 6 years of experience in business process modeling and requirements elicitation.
Technical Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and requirements management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira).
Agile Methodology: 6 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
Data Analysis: 6 years of experience using SQL for data analysis and validation.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
