We are seeking a skilled
Data Analyst in Revenue Forecasting with expertise in accounting, finance, and data analytics to join our Business Partnering Service Unit.
This role supports EPAM's Global Finance department, working closely with account and sales managers to deliver critical financial and management insights.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with account and sales managers to understand and address business needs
- Prepare and present reports analyzing performance and financial metrics
- Build and manage contract-based analytics
- Generate ad hoc reports in response to specific business queries
- Support and enhance solutions on the BI platform for improved decision-making
- Monitor and ensure data quality across internal systems
- Align and validate information between various data sources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills, including PowerPivot and PowerQuery
- Experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance optimization, RLS)
- Familiarity with MS SQL and the ability to write analytical queries
- Understanding of DWH concepts
- Continuous self-development at the intersection of economic and technical trends
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2+)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the SSAS concept (Tabular model)
- Basic experience with Python analytics libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
