Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Kafka platforms on-prem and in cloud
- Develop new services and enhancements
- Coach junior team members
- Provide client support
- Manage incidents and solutions engineering
- Develop Proofs-of-Concept
- Conduct code reviews
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Kafka administration
- Proficiency with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools, preferably Dynatrace
- Experience with AWS
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture
- Experience with Confluent Cloud/Platform administration
- Knowledge of Event Streaming (Kafka preferred)
- Familiarity with NoSQL DB (Mongo preferred)
