Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Intelligence who can bridge the gap between business and technology. The role involves understanding business requirements, translating them into high-level technical specifications, leading BI delivery (Power BI), and tracking milestones to ensure timely execution. Exposure to Supply Chain or Integrated Operations is a strong plus.
Required Skills & Experience
•4–7 years’ experience required in Power BI and SQL
•Hands-on expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, performance optimization)
•Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation
•Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
•Experience in project tracking, milestone planning, and delivery management
•Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skill
Key Responsibilities
•Engage with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements
•Convert business needs into high-level technical requirement documents for analytics and BI solutions
•Design, develop, or oversee the development of Power BI dashboards and reports
•Coordinate with Power BI specialists when required and review deliverables for quality and accuracy
•Perform project tracking, milestone planning, and progress reporting
•Act as a team lead, guiding analysts/developers and ensuring best practices are followed
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and BI solutions
•Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to reporting standards
