Position: PeopleSoft Developer - Campus Solutions & Bhoomi Location: Bay Area - (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Developer with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Bhoomi (Integration Platform). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules, with a strong focus on system integrations using Bhoomi. This role requires hands-on development skills, deep functional understanding of higher-education processes, and experience working in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications.
Develop and support PeopleSoft components using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, SQL, and Integration Broker.
Build, enhance, and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems using Bhoomi.
Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

Work closely with functional teams to support modules such as:
Student Records
Admissions
Enrollment
Financial Aid
Academic Advisement

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Create and maintain technical documentation and integration specifications.
Ensure solutions adhere to security, performance, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions development.
Hands-on experience with PeopleTools (8.5x or higher).
Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, CI, SQR, SQL, XML, and Integration Broker.
Solid experience with Bhoomi (Dell Boomi) for system integrations.
Experience integrating PeopleSoft with third-party and cloud-based systems.
Strong understanding of higher education business processes.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI.
Exposure to REST/SOAP web services.
Experience in Cloud-based integrations and API management.
Prior experience working in higher education or government environments.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
