This role sits at the unique intersection of a AAA studio and cutting-edge AI, offering a rare opportunity to shape how one of the world's most iconic gaming platforms evolves. You will join a team dedicated to embedding AI across the organization through technical enablement, advanced product experiences, and optimized internal workflows.

responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for the partnership, coordinating cross-functional teams to support AI-driven add-ons.
Support AI enablement initiatives by scheduling and coordinating studio-wide education sessions and hands-on "vibe coding" workshops.
Assist with internal workflow and tooling projects, including prototyping and building internal AI solutions to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and creators to improve workflows and translate user needs into actionable AI tooling improvements.
Partner with stakeholders like Legal to provide clarity on AI-related policies and ensure responsible AI usage.
Organize and drive cross-team (XTM) v-teams focused on improving knowledge sharing and AI best practices across the ecosystem.
qualifications:
1-2+ years of hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
3-5+ years of experience in Software Development or Scripting (JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python).
4-6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Coordination in a large-scale environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Deep passion for the AAA Game creator ecosystems or experience in game modding.
Proven track record of driving technology adoption through workshops and hands-on training.
Strong understanding of AI agents, multi-step systems, and the limitations of LLMs.
