Summary
- At least one year of experience with HR administration or HR/People Operations.
- Ability to manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement.
- Experience supporting deadline driven operational work with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with HR software and cloud-based HR technology (SuccessFactors and ServiceNow ideal).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with employees at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork, transparency, and open communication.
- Helpfulness and the ability to go above and beyond to deliver a great employee experience.
- Resourcefulness with problem-solving, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions.
- Proactive and willing to learn and embrace technology to improve employee experience and how we get our work done.
- Basic working knowledge of United States labor laws and employment policies.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work from our Atlanta office at least two times a week.
