Job Title: Oracle P2P Solution Architect – Techno-Functional
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 4 days/week from office)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Solution Architect – Techno-Functional to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Procurement solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Procurement modules, business process transformation, and technical integration, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Define end-to-end procurement architecture including purchasing, supplier management, invoice processing, and payments.

• Provide architectural guidance for Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) procurement solutions.

Functional Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Procurement functional solutions.

• Configure and support Oracle modules including:

  • Oracle Purchasing

  • Oracle iProcurement

  • Oracle Supplier Management

  • Oracle Payables (AP)

  • Oracle Sourcing

  • Oracle Inventory

• Lead P2P process optimization including requisition-to-purchase order and invoice-to-payment cycles.

Technical Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional expertise for system integrations and customizations.

• Work with Oracle APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and integration tools.

• Support data migration, reports, and extensions using tools such as:

  • PL/SQL

  • Oracle BI / OTBI

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Collaborate with development teams for custom workflows, interfaces, and reports.

Implementation & Delivery

• Lead Oracle P2P implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Participate in solution design workshops, system configuration, and testing cycles (SIT/UAT).

• Ensure best practices in solution design, documentation, and deployment.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, finance teams, and IT teams.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to functional and development teams.

Required Skills

Functional Skills

• Strong expertise in Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle

• Deep understanding of Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Supplier Management processes

Technical Skills

• Oracle ERP Cloud or EBS R12

• PL/SQL

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• REST/SOAP APIs

• BI Reporting / OTBI

Other Skills

• Strong solution architecture and problem-solving skills

• Excellent stakeholder communication

• Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement

• Knowledge of financial integrations and payment processing

• Oracle certifications in Procurement or ERP Cloud

Nice to Have

• Experience in global procurement transformation projects

• Knowledge of supply chain and financial systems integration
