Role must have technical and functional knowledge in Baan 5. Recommend at least expertise in one of the main functional areas. Additional knowledge of exchange and integration patterns also desired. Overall will be responsible for leading creation of new Baan 5 company, migrating relevant data (with informatica team supporting), validating appropriate load, validating functionality, supporting SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Warranty.

Responsibilities: As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that supports the client value proposition and business case. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, demonstrating influencing and advisory skills. You will take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Master proficiency in Infor is required. Master proficiency in Infor OS is recommended. Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis is suggested.
Lead the design and development of innovative solutions that align with client business objectives and technology strategies.
Provide advanced guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Engage with stakeholders across various functions to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
