Job Title : QA Automation Engineer (CIAM, Authentication & Security Testing)

Location : Charlotte, NC | New Jersey, NJ

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.
Design, develop, and execute test cases for authentication and login systems.
Validate CIAM platform features and integrations with security vendor products.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
One-Time Password (OTP) workflows
Refresh token and session management
Biometric authentication flows
Risk-based authentication and threat metrics
User identity verification services
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
Perform API testing for security and authentication-related services.
Validate API responses, error handling, authentication tokens, and vendor integrations.
Test mobile authentication and biometric login flows using Perfecto or similar tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios.
Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot defects and validate fixes.
Contribute to test planning, regression testing, and automation coverage improvements.
Participate in requirements discussions and provide testability feedback.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
