Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure and systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to support manufacturing operations and business goals.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations for production.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all manufacturing-related data and systems.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on IT systems and applications.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts specific to manufacturing software and hardware.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals supporting the plant.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for manufacturing IT systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their application in manufacturing.
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
• Demonstrated project management skills for IT infrastructure and software implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA systems
• Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile)
