Summary

Part Time Jr. Systems Administrator needed for a 6+ month contract in Londonderry, NH.

Position will be 2 days a week onsite.

Expected scope of responsibilities includes (but is not limited to):

Day-to-day troubleshooting / imaging of desktop, laptop, and basic server-related issues
Coordination with vendors and third parties when issues require escalation
Creation and maintenance of technical and procedural documentation
Working closely with MSP teams (Helpdesk, Managed Services, Projects) for escalations and support
User onboarding/offboarding support and basic access management
Patch verification, health checks, and routine system maintenance tasks
Assisting with inventory management and asset tracking
Providing onsite hands-and-eyes support as needed
Backup & recovery assistance
