Technical Requirements
• JavaScript Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and the DOM.
• Framework Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Angular JS. You should be comfortable working with its directives, controllers, and services.
• AppScript Proficiency: Proven ability to build user-facing components (HTML Service) within Google AppScript.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to communicate high-level concepts before coding.
• Modern CSS: Mastery of CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design principles to ensure the AI dashboard looks seamless on any screen.
UX & Behavioral Competencies
- User Empathy & Advocacy: Ability to put yourself in the user’s shoes, identifying where an AI’s response might be confusing and proactively suggesting “help” states or better layouts.
- Independent Authority: You function as a consultant. When a client or stakeholder asks for a feature that hurts the UX, you can provide expert, data-backed alternatives.
- Innovative Thinking: AI is a new frontier for UX. You must be able to think beyond standard templates to create interfaces that handle real-time data and “human-in-the-loop” workflows.
