Location: Richmond, Virginia (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer to join a dynamic team focused on automation. This role is for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who excels at solving complex business problems with excellent technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience and is currently in a senior developer role, ready to contribute to the team's transition into a technology product hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy user interfaces.
- Collaborate with leads and internal teams to produce design and architecture.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Work with the Scrum Master, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver products from inception to implementation.
- Learn, collaborate with, and teach other Software Engineers.
- Develop UI/UX prototypes and proofs of concept.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience is required.
Technical Skills:- Object-oriented programming knowledge.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS 6+, CSS, HTML, Node JS, and JQuery.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with TDD or BDD and mocking frameworks.
- Knowledge of architecture styles and APIs, such as REST and RPC.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jira for managing stories and backlogs.
- Knowledge of React, Blazor, or Bootstrap.
- Experience with cloud computing and containers using AWS or Azure.
- Experience working effectively with remote or global teams.
