Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience with SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
- 3+ years supporting State HR/Payroll processes with knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA, FLSA).
- Experience in HR data validation, integrity monitoring, issue resolution, and RBAC/position-based access configuration.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with IT security and compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, FISMA).
- Experience supporting IT implementation projects.
