Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate CNC programs
- Create, set up, and test CNC programs for machining equipment, ensuring precision and efficiency
- Optimize machining processes to improve cycle times, reduce waste, and maintain tight tolerances
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues that arise during production and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and cross-functional team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, including working knowledge of G-code
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and improving machining processes
- Solid understanding of machining, tooling, and material handling techniques
- Attention to detail and familiarity with quality assurance and safety standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
