.NET API Architect (AWS Exp)
Location: Carmel, Indiana. (5 days week onsite) (Local Candidates preferred)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented .NET API Architect to drive end-to-end technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires 15+ years of overall IT experience, including 6 to 8 years of specific exposure to API architecture and cloud solutioning.
This is a hybrid or on-site position, offering the chance to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
You will act as a key individual contributor, collaborating with external partners to build resilient, cloud-native systems.
Experience & Job Setup
Overall Experience: 15+ years in IT.
Specialized Exposure: 8- 10 years in API architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solutioning: Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions.
API & Microservices Design: Design and develop robust RESTful services and microservices architectures.
System Documentation: Author comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
Technical Diagramming: Utilize tools like Lucidchart or Draw.io to map architecture and system workflows.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with external stakeholders to integrate third-party systems seamlessly.
Independent Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues autonomously.

Core .NET & Database
Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Core.
ORM Tools: Entity Framework.
Database Management: PostgreSQL design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
AWS Cloud Ecosystem
Serverless & Compute: AWS Lambda.
Messaging & Integration: SQS, EventBridge.
Data & Storage: AWS Glue, Amazon S3.
Management & Monitoring: CloudWatch, Parameter Store.
DevOps & Advanced Concepts
CI/CD Deployment: Harness (or similar configuration management tools).
Architectural Patterns: Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and monolithic decomposition strategies.
Resiliency Engineering: Implementation of idempotency strategies for fault-tolerant systems.
AI-Assisted Development: Hands-on experience with Cursor (or similar AI tools) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
