Payments Experience - Nuiances of payments on the job.
I know MT, ISO - they are specialezed in some payments types
Integrated Banking Building payments systems - with network, SWEIT, They have done migrations
Building from scratch is easy, migration is a big challenge.
WIll working in International Payments.
Have very good understanding and Diff/ between FED, CHIPS

GenAI - Experience with AI based Data Analysis, Requirements Discovery, analytics.

Should have good exposure on following

Migration from Domestics WIRES
Corresponding Banking Relationship
Tokenized Deposit
Vendor API for international Payments.
Blockchain (Nice to Have- one of the 2 BA Position, we would like to have one with TD)
Self Starters.

BA who can be taken up as Scrum Master
