🚀 About the Role
Are you passionate about building secure, highly scalable endpoint ecosystems and eliminating operational toil through automation? We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Browser DevOps Engineer to join our Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering team!
In this role, you will bridge systems engineering, security, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to own the reliability, security, and progressive deployment lifecycle of our enterprise browser and endpoint fleet.
✨ What You’ll Do
Identity & Access Governance: Deploy robust access controls using Group Policy Objects (GPO), configuration profiles, and SAML/SSO.
Release & Lifecycle Management: Drive safe changes, security patches, and extension lifecycles using progressive rollout patterns and rapid rollbacks.
Automation & Toil Reduction: Build scalable automation for fleet health, configuration management, and drift remediation.
Observability & Reliability: Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs), deliver deep telemetry, and lead incident command with a blameless post-mortem culture.
🛠️ What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in production operations, reliability, and on-call duty.
Strong scripting and programming skills in Python and Bash, paired with solid Linux administration experience.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and endpoint/browser security controls (GPO, SAML/SSO).
Experience building robust CI/CD pipelines and telemetry monitoring.
Preferred: Practical mastery of SRE principles, enterprise browser architectures (Chrome Enterprise, Edge, Island, Talon), and compliance in regulated environments.
