Job Description


We are seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic Monetization Incentives Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program and project management across business and technical teams and a proven ability to lead end-to-end execution of complex operational initiatives, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes under tight deadlines.


Responsibilities:



  • Oversee project deliverables, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Partner with Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Engineering, and Legal to deliver programs and drive process improvements.

  • Translate business plans into technical solutions that enable automation, including feasibility input, coordination, and milestone tracking.

  • Develop internal and external communications, reports, and collateral to support program execution.

  • Manage inbound questions, queries, and escalations from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve program effectiveness.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Strong operational background with 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.

  • Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and Data Engineering to deliver results.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to use data to drive insights and initiatives.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with deal registration processes and partner programs in tech, SaaS, or platform environments.

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, including partner-led and direct motions.

  • Understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and deal registration tools.

  • Background in Deal Desk, Incentives, and/or Sales Operations, including deal structuring and incentive program design.

  • Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization.


Soft Skills:



  • Self-starter who prioritizes workstreams and communicates priorities to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Ability to connect the dots with minimal supervision.

  • Comfort with pace and ambiguity in an evolving environment.
