Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic Monetization Incentives Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program and project management across business and technical teams and a proven ability to lead end-to-end execution of complex operational initiatives, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project deliverables, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes.
- Partner with Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Engineering, and Legal to deliver programs and drive process improvements.
- Translate business plans into technical solutions that enable automation, including feasibility input, coordination, and milestone tracking.
- Develop internal and external communications, reports, and collateral to support program execution.
- Manage inbound questions, queries, and escalations from internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve program effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong operational background with 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
- Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and Data Engineering to deliver results.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to use data to drive insights and initiatives.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with deal registration processes and partner programs in tech, SaaS, or platform environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, including partner-led and direct motions.
- Understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and deal registration tools.
- Background in Deal Desk, Incentives, and/or Sales Operations, including deal structuring and incentive program design.
- Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization.
Soft Skills:
- Self-starter who prioritizes workstreams and communicates priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to connect the dots with minimal supervision.
- Comfort with pace and ambiguity in an evolving environment.
