Required Qualifications:

Must have experience with State Government programs with knowledge / hands on experience in design, development, testing, and deployment of large scale web based automated integrated eligibility, Medicaid, child support, welfare and similar systems.
Strong programming experience in Java, .NET, or similar object-oriented languages.
Experience designing software frameworks and reusable components.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Experience with REST APIs and application integration.
Knowledge of software architecture principles and SDLC.
Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
