Core Responsibilities

Promote Nexthink capabilities, best practices, and adoption across IT teams.
Manage platform configuration, governance, and onboarding of new Nexthink features.
Support enterprise initiatives through reliable setup, maintenance, and technical enablement.
Design and deliver Nexthink based use cases to improve observability, compliance, automation, and digital experience outcomes.
Collaborate with IT and business units to operationalize insights and workflows.
Continuously analyze Nexthink data to detect issues or opportunities.
Trigger remediations, escalate to relevant teams, and support resolution activities.
Build and maintain Remote Actions, campaigns, and automated workflows (Nexthink Flow).
Drive user guidance, self-service, and automated problem resolution.
Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and operational teams.
Track KPIs such as DEX Score, device performance, compliance, and frustrated user trends.
Identify emerging needs and evolve the platform to enhance employee experience.
