Functional Analyst (Coupa)
Client: Federal Reserve Board
Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months
Interview: In-person for local and video for non- locals (But they give preferences to local candidates)
BACKGROUND:
The primary responsibility of the Technology Services’ (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support highly visible cloud systems, Workday, Adaptive Planning and Coupa.
We are seeking one Coupa Functional Analyst to augment the team.
The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, analytics and workflows. The Contractor would support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the Technical Services BOA, Section 3.13.2 for labor category Functional Analyst.
The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:
• The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa application and analytics
• Regression testing of the application and integrations for the Coupa releases
• Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills
• Possess experience with integrations between Coupa and finance applications
The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:

• Partnering with stakeholders to define needs, analyze business processes, and design, test, and implement system solutions
• Configuring settings and approval hierarchies in Coupa to meet organizational requirements
• Research and develop solutions for the integration issues between Coupa and the finance system
• Managing Coupa updates, analyzing feature releases, and implementing new functionalities
• Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results
Local staff report to office in Washington, DC. Full time telework is an option for non-local staff. Local staff must report to the office daily and can telework once a week.
INTERVIEW: Selected candidates will participate in a phone screening. Those that pass the phone screening may be invited to an in-person interview(for local candidates). The use of video conference tools (e.g., MS Teams or WebEx) can be used in accordance with agency guidelines.
