Required Skills:
- 8+ years of BI, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Architecture experience.
- 5+ years of advanced Power BI development experience.
- Strong Microsoft Fabric and Azure data technology experience.
- Expertise in DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and report performance optimization.
- Experience designing executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and C-suite reporting solutions.
- Strong dimensional modeling, data warehousing, metadata management, and data architecture knowledge.
- Experience creating governed datasets and reusable enterprise analytics assets.
- Strong knowledge of row-level security, data governance, and trusted reporting practices.
- Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Genie, or similar cloud analytics technologies.
- Hands-on experience using Copilot, Generative AI, or natural-language analytics capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently lead highly visible and complex analytics initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience with Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Notebooks, Real-Time Intelligence, and Semantic Models.
- Healthcare, insurance, financial services, or regulated-industry experience.
- Conversational analytics, AI agents, or natural-language query experience.
