Looking for an experienced Senior OpenText Archive Center Administrator with strong leadership experience in enterprise upgrades, parallel environments, and production cutovers.

Key Requirements:
• 10+ years of OpenText Archive Center Administration
• Strong experience in a lead/senior admin role
• Lead experience with Side-by-Side Upgrades | 16.x/21.x → 26.x
• OpenText Archive Center Administration & Troubleshooting
• Parallel Environment Architecture
• Upgrade Planning | Migration Strategy | Environment Readiness
• Cutover Planning | Production Migration | Rollback Strategy
• Post-Upgrade Validation | Stabilization | Issue Resolution
• Experience managing complex enterprise OpenText environments
• Strong Technical Leadership | Documentation | Stakeholder Coordination
• OpenText Certification is a plus, if available

Ideal Candidate:
A hands-on Senior OpenText/Archive Center Technical Lead who can drive upgrade activities from planning and parallel environment setup through production cutover and stabilization.
