Job Description:

Tasked with overseeing the application, managing incidents, and maintaining its stability and availability.
Engage in various responsibilities such as managing incident requests, monitoring jobs, and performing root cause analyses.
Analyze and resolve issues by employing SQL queries for incidents like stuck claims and claim removals, along with executing SQL queries to detect and rectify problems.
Have practical coding and debugging skills in C++, Pro*C, Oracle/SQL databases, and Unix scripting.
Participate in and supervise activities like server maintenance and upgrades to ensure all functions operate correctly following patching.
Perform development and enhancement in in C++ and Pro*C
Skilled in Oracle databases and SQL queries to retrieve and validate data.
Working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and scripting needed for executing jobs and monitoring server performance.
