P1C1TSTSThe role of Project Manager is to ensure projects are completed in a timely, effective, efficient, safe and professional manner in accordance with the agreed contract terms with the clientAbility to work with Product owners and Client for the Run the Program Increment for the 6-8 POD teams Ability to schedule a delivery plan and deployment plan for 6-8 teams Plan to improve the team velocity Participate in Agile ceremonies on need basis Monitoring project progress and performance and preparing status reports Ensuring that all team members have the required information and resources to perform their tasks effectively Collaborating with the team to identify and prioritize project tasks and dependencies Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Creating and managing complex reports and dashboards for the management team
