IT/OT Consultant and Solution
JOB DESCRIPTION
Architect IT/OT integration strategies connecting plant-floor control systems to enterprise ERP/cloud layers using AspenTech IP.21. Design and deploy IP.21 data historians, real-time databases, and secure industrial network topologies. Configure and optimize data collection via OPC, SCADA, and IoT protocols for high-performance plant visibility. Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of IP.21 database health, data compression, and security compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate manufacturing data needs into scalable architecture frameworks. Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging industrial data fabric and analytics readiness.
Deliverables:
-Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
