Location: Los Angeles, CA 90065 (Hybrid)
Duration: Initial 3-Month Contract (Potential Month-to-Month Extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (1-Hour Meal Break)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Korean-Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and accounting-related operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong bilingual communication skills in both Korean and English, experience working with invoices and purchase orders, and familiarity with ERP systems.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong data-entry accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment. Candidates located near the Los Angeles office are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance to internal teams and management.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Assist with record management and document tracking.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.

Accounts Payable & Invoice Processing

  • Collect, review, and organize vendor invoices.
  • Submit invoices through company systems in a timely manner.
  • Verify invoice information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Accurately enter invoice data into ERP and accounting systems.
  • Monitor invoice status and assist in resolving discrepancies.

Purchase Order & ERP Management

  • Support Purchase Order (PO) processing activities.
  • Update and maintain ERP system records.
  • Ensure data accuracy across procurement and accounting systems.
  • Assist with vendor information updates and system maintenance.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and maintaining records.
  • Generate basic reports and maintain spreadsheets as needed.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Accounting Assistant, or related experience.
  • Fluency in Korean and English (spoken, written, and reading) is required.
  • Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, or accounts-related documentation.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as:
  • SAP
  • NetSuite
  • Concur
  • Oracle
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Other comparable ERP/accounting software
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting procurement, accounting, or finance teams.
  • Experience with sourcing or vendor management activities.
  • Familiarity with inventory, purchasing, or supply chain processes.
  • Experience working in a consumer products, retail, beauty, or manufacturing environment.
