Senior IT Project Manager (Law Firm)

The Role

The Senior IT Project Manager will lead large-scale, cross-functional IT initiatives from planning through execution and delivery. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with both business and IT objectives.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, structure, and execution discipline in a professional services environment.

Must Have :

• Law firm or professional services experience is mandatory
• Candidates must have demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise IT programs

Required Experience

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- 10+ years of project management experience

- At least 7 years of IT project management with senior stakeholder engagement

- Proven success leading large-scale, complex technology projects in a law firm or professional services environment {REQUIRED}

Technical & Professional Skills

- Advanced proficiency with Atlassian tools including JIRA and Confluence

- Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise project governance

- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Strong presentation and executive-facing communication abilities

- Collaborative, customer-focused approach to project leadership
