ICF is actively recruiting for a Cybersecurity Support Specialist to support our team in Reston, VA. This position will require on-site work and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in gathering requirements and designing scenarios, exercises, and technical solutions
- Document and edit technical content
- Develop graphics, network diagrams, or visualizations, to describe technical content
- Assist in screening and onboarding cyber personnel
- Provide cyber event support
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving a wide variety of technical challenges
Basic Qualifications: - A minimum of 2 years of college courses in a related field, OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field, OR 4 years of relevant experience
- Position requires 3 or more years of experience in Windows or Linux or Mac administration
- Ability to obtain and maintain a High level Security Clearance
- Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, ship is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Education, training or experience in networking
- Education or experience in network security analysis tools such as Snort, TCPDUMP, Wireshark, and other Host or Network-based Intrusion Detection Systems
- Education or experience with the Elastic stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Beats, Kibana), or Splunk
- Education or experience in Linux and Windows OS security

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$37,855.00 - $64,354.00
