Job Summary:

We are seeking a Hybrid Cloud Services Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure. The role focuses on Azure, Windows Server environments, and hybrid cloud integrations supporting enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
Implement and maintain Azure cloud services based on business needs
Ensure security, compliance, and governance across cloud environments
Integrate cloud platforms with on-prem systems
Provide L2/L3 support (incident, problem, and request management)
Automate and standardize infrastructure using templates and scripting
Manage Windows Server environments (2008–2022) in hybrid setups
Support print server provisioning, monitoring, and issue resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical server support

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure & Windows Server
Hands-on with API Management & Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, microservices architecture
Experience in CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus)
Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Terraform (preferred)
Expertise in Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, patching & migrations
Good understanding of networking, databases, and cloud architecture

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Relevant certifications (Azure/AWS/OpenShift) are a plus

Soft Skills:

Strong communication & stakeholder management
Problem-solving and collaboration mindset
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
