Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 9–15 years of experience managing enterprise-level IT and technology projects. The ideal candidate must have strong project management expertise along with technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, application delivery, cloud migration, and software development processes.

The candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, coordinating technical deliverables, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, DevOps, and architecture teams.

  • Manage IT infrastructure, application delivery, cloud migration, and modernization projects.

  • Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate SDLC activities, release planning, and deployment management.

  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and executive status updates.

  • Ensure timely project delivery within approved scope, budget, and quality standards.

Must-Have Skills

  • 9–15 years of Project Management experience in IT/Technology environments.

  • Experience in IT infrastructure and application delivery.

  • Understanding of cloud migration and modernization.

  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Understanding of API and system integrations.

  • Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes.

  • Understanding of database and network fundamentals.

  • Experience coordinating with technical architecture and engineering teams.

  • Experience in release and deployment management.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Jira.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification.

  • Experience working on enterprise-level technology projects, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.
