Portfolio Tooling & AI Enablement Analyst (Lending PMO)

Location: Merrifield, Virginia (Hybrid)

Role Overview

This role is focused on improving how work is accomplished by connecting tools, data, and workflows across the portfolio. The position involves integrating ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Power BI to support intake, execution, and decision-making. The goal is to introduce practical AI solutions that simplify work and accelerate delivery, leading to simpler workflows, better visibility, and strong tool adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Power BI to enable end-to-end visibility and reduce manual effort.
  • Align tools to support prioritization, sequencing, and delivery governance.
  • Improve visibility into dependencies, risks, and progress, and embed agile workflows.
  • Deliver simple, high-value AI solutions such as copilots for intake, reporting, and analysis.
  • Implement automated workflows or agents and enable AI-driven insights and dashboards.
  • Drive team adoption of tools and AI by providing training, templates, and job aids.
  • Partner across Product, PMO, and Technology to communicate clear, practical solutions.
  • Continuously improve processes and tools based on feedback.
Required Qualifications

Experience:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience improving workflow from intake to delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with tool configuration, automation, or AI tools.
  • Experience in cross-functional environments.


Skills:
  • Strong enablement, communication, and simplification skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile / Lean certifications (e.g., SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, PMP).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools.
  • Experience with low-code / no-code platforms or workflow automation tools.
  • Foundational AI certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals or similar).
  • Experience building or experimenting with AI agents, copilots, or automation frameworks.
  • Background in change management, training, or capability development.
